5:30-6:45pm: Arrive. Come straight from the office. Drinks from Good Salt & Tenzing, and a chance to meet everyone.

This is your time to browse the Harrods Beauty pop up shop within CaveFit. Try exclusive selected products, including the Current Body LED face mask. There is an attendee only discount for items purchased on the night.

6:45pm: 45 minutes of Mat Pilates, with Yvonne. Designed for all levels, this is the kind of session that our members keep coming back for!

7:30pm: Elemis will take over with a guided facial on the mat, giving you the opportunity to learn more about Elemis products and try first hand.

7:45pm onwards: stay for the social or head out to your evening feeling refreshed and glowing from the inside out.
