Our bread-and-butter class and the best place to start. Time-based workouts built around our 7 functional movement patterns:

Each session is coached, scalable, and designed to build strength, fitness, and confidence safely and effectively. First-timers and beginners should start here, but long-term members will continue to get challenged and progress.

  • Hyrox classes

    Built for athletes training for HYROX or anyone who wants elite-level conditioning. These sessions combine running, ergs, sleds, wall balls, sandbags, and functional strength in race-style formats. Expect longer efforts, high heart rates, and a strong performance focus. Scalable for all levels, but ideal for those who want to push their engine and compete.

  • Conditioning

    High energy, sweat driven sessions focused on fitness, teamwork, and challenge. Classes may include AMRAPs, EMOMs, Chippers - style workouts, and team formats that keep things fun and competitive. Expect calorie and distance based workouts that test stamina, grit, and mental toughness. Perfect if you love variety and training hard with others.

  • Yoga

    A balance to high-intensity training. Yoga classes focus on mobility, flexibility, breath control, and recovery. Expect improved movement quality, reduced stiffness, and time to slow down both body and mind. Suitable for all levels and highly recommended alongside strength and conditioning training.

Do you have showers and lockers?

Yes! We have showers (including accessible units), towel service, and lockers. Please bring a padlock for your belongings.

Is there parking nearby?

CaveFit is conveniently located in the city centre, easily accessible by train, bus, or on foot. Local parking is available at Buchanan Galleries.

Personal Training

Do you offer personal training?

At CaveFit, we focus on Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) to combine expert coaching with community energy.

We also offer 1:2:1 personal training - just get in touch at info@cave-fit.com or speak with a coach directly.

How do I choose the right coach?

You can view coach bios on this page .If you’re unsure, we’ll help you match with a coach who fits your goals, personality, and energy style. We know trusting your coach is a big deal, the right connection makes all the difference.

How does Small Group Personal Training work?

Training, up close. SGPT sessions are capped at 6 people, giving you the attention and structure of 1:1 coaching, combined with the energy and accountability of training alongside others.
