  • Hyrox classes

    Built for athletes training for HYROX or anyone who wants elite-level conditioning. These sessions combine running, ergs, sleds, wall balls, sandbags, and functional strength in race-style formats. Expect longer efforts, high heart rates, and a strong performance focus. Scalable for all levels, but ideal for those who want to push their engine and compete.

  • Conditioning

    High energy, sweat driven sessions focused on fitness, teamwork, and challenge. Classes may include AMRAPs, EMOMs, Chippers - style workouts, and team formats that keep things fun and competitive. Expect calorie and distance based workouts that test stamina, grit, and mental toughness. Perfect if you love variety and training hard with others.

  • Yoga

    A balance to high-intensity training. Yoga classes focus on mobility, flexibility, breath control, and recovery. Expect improved movement quality, reduced stiffness, and time to slow down both body and mind. Suitable for all levels and highly recommended alongside strength and conditioning training.

  • Mat Pilates

    Low-impact, high-control training that targets core strength, posture, stability, and muscular endurance. Mat Pilates improves movement efficiency and injury resilience while complementing strength and conditioning work. Ideal for building a strong foundation, improving balance, and enhancing overall body awareness.
