My twelve week programs consist of whole body resistance sessions, and one or two CaveFit (HIIT, Conditioning) standard workouts per week. I have tried and tested this method over many years, it has never failed to produce exceptional results. Ideal for individuals who have very limited time for training, these programs are designed for those that desire an impressive body composition and great physical and mental performance.
- Strength train 3 times a week
- 1 to 2 CaveFit (HIIT) style workouts a week
- Gym and home options available
- Editable for holiday’s and travelling (power bands advised)
