Whether you come to CaveFit looking to get more flexible, lift heavier or become injury free, this class can support you to your goals. Led by a mobility and flexibility specialist, this class will include exercises and movements which target specific areas of the body, such as the hips, shoulders, and spine, and will aim to improve joint mobility and overall body awareness. By regularly participating in this mobility class, you will be creating a bulletproof body able to withstand any challenges you throw at it.
