We have created this class to provide a safe and supportive environment for women to thrive in their fitness journeys. We understand it can be an intimidating place going into a gym for the first time, which is why we have designed this class to address the unique needs and concerns of women.

We believe that every woman deserves a space where she can feel completely comfortable and empowered to pursue her fitness goal. Our female-only class fosters a sense of trust and sisterhood, enabling participants to push their boundaries and unlock their full potential. We emphasise creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere, free from any judgements or distractions that might hinder progress.

In this class, we go beyond conventional fitness training. Our experienced coaches are well-versed in female-specific programming, ensuring that you receive the most effective workout tailored to your needs. We delve into topics such as menstrual cycles and how they can impact training, teaching you how to adapt your fitness routine accordingly.

We provide insights into the physiological differences between men and women, helping you understand how your body may respond differently to certain exercises. By developing this knowledge, you can confidently navigate the gym floor and optimise your training sessions.

This mobility class can benefit everyone, from seasoned yogis to individuals who can’t touch their toes! Whether you come to CaveFit looking to get more flexible, lift heavier or become injury free, this class can support you to your goals. Led by a mobility and flexibility specialist, this class will include exercises and movements which target specific areas of the body, such as the hips, shoulders, and spine, and will aim to improve joint mobility and overall body awareness. By regularly participating in this mobility class, you will be creating a bulletproof body able to withstand any challenges you throw at it.


It’s a high-intensity, full-body workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and increase aerobic capacity. This class combines cardio equipment, bodyweight exercises, and plyometric movements to make sure all participants of all fitness levels get a good workout.
