Led by a mobility and flexibility specialist, this class will include exercises and movements which target specific areas of the body, such as the hips, shoulders, and spine, and will aim to improve joint mobility and overall body awareness. By regularly participating in this mobility class, you will be creating a bulletproof body able to withstand any challenges you throw at it.
It’s a high-intensity, full-body workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and increase aerobic capacity. This class combines cardio equipment, bodyweight exercises, and plyometric movements to make sure all participants of all fitness levels get a good workout.
