WHAT IS CAVELIFT

CaveLift is programmed to suit all abilities in weightlifting on any given week. Your coach Joanna will teach you how to perform the snatch, and clean & jerk movements safely and is also on hand to help build confidence with barbell training. Joanna competes at National Level in Olympic Weightlifting and has previously been ranked 1st in Scotland and 8th in the UK, so rest assured you are in safe hands. This class is focused on power, speed and explosive movements and is one of the final graduations of a CaveFitter’s journey.
